• la notion de la valeur et les principes fondamentaux de l’analyse de la valeur;
• l’analyse fonctionnelle appliquée dans plusieurs contextes;
• la caractérisation d’une fonction;
• le coût par fonction et analyse de la juste valeur (Worth Analysis);
• le ratio de valeur et le diagnostic;
• la créativité;
• les techniques d’évaluation;
• les recommandations et la présentation.

Lors de cette séance, les participants seront sollicités à contribuer à la discussion de cas concrets vécus dans leur vie professionnelle. À la suite du cours, les participants devraient savoir comment utiliser l’analyse de la valeur dans leur propre organisation et calculer les bénéfices attendus. De façon plus précise, ce cours permettra aux participants de :
